Cindy has several strengths but her main strength, from my observations, is her ability to handle and explain the detailed contracts professinally and timely. For example, when we found the house that we wanted to purchase we had to do so contingent on the sale of our current house.  Cindy quickly researched the local housing market and presented us a proposal and contract that exceeded our expectations. We sold in less than a week! Although things happened quickly she made it a point to explain to us the details of our selling contract and our purchasing contract and provide us with more service than we expected.

In summary, Cindy displayed all of the qualities that one looks for in a great real-estate agent. She is dependable motivated, and is in tune with the needs of her clients. Selling or purchasing a house can be a stressful time. Knowing this I highly recommend Cindy to anyone.
